Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original flat-pack boxes to ensure safe transit.

Schedule a Pickup

Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized furniture couriers to schedule a convenient time for collection from your doorstep.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
